Free "Scary Face Pancakes" at IHOP on October 29th!

Head over to IHOP after your kids get out of school oon October 29th!  IHOP is giving out Free Scary Face Pancakes for kids 12 and under.  What a fun thing to do to get excited about Halloween the following day!
