Even though I don't personally shop at all of these grocery stores, I think it's important I still post some of the best deals for the places near our area.
Fresh Market has started their Case Lot Sale. Many items on their front page have a Single Price and a case price. Since there is nothing that says you have to purchase the whole case, you SHOULD be able to purchase as many as you want out of the case. So hopefully that is how they are doing it and the items below are correct with their coupon matchups!
