Over 100 Red Cross locations across the country will be participating in Free CPR Training Classes on March 19th! The shortened class will go over the basics of hand-only CPR, treatment of shock and taking care of wounds.
Check to see if your location is participating and then you can find out which classes and times are available for you. I think everyone should know how to do CPR. You just never know when you will need it. So, this could be a good freebie class to mark on your calendars!
