These coupons do not have restrictions on them.  So you can use the Hungry Hippos coupon to get the Travel Sized Game for FREE!  We have had a similar coupon in the past to do that on and it has worked perfectly.  However, the travel size games will be gone first thing, so if you want them for free for stocking stuffers or presents, you will want to get to Target right when the store opens.
